Visible from the street; the inside is private.
The Chocolate Works in York, England, was the confectionery factory of Terry's, opened in 1926 in the Art Deco style. After nearly eighty years of operation, it ceased production in 2005, resulting in the loss of 300 jobs as manufacturing shifted to other Kraft Foods facilities across mainland Europe. The historic site was subsequently redeveloped into a mixed-use residential and commercial complex.
