Completed in 2005, The Heritage at Millennium Park is a mixed-use tower rising 192 meters (631 feet) across 57 floors at 130 N. Garland Court in Chicago. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, the building ranks as the city's 47th-tallest structure. Like the firm's Legacy Tower, The Heritage preserves the façades of four existing buildings at its base, integrating historic preservation with contemporary development. Positioned west of Millennium Park with unobstructed views toward the park, Grant Park, and Lake Michigan, the tower combines residential condominiums with ground-floor retail. Amenities include a private indoor pool, health club, dog run, party room, rooftop deck, and indoor parking, while connections to downtown's pedway system enhance urban accessibility.
