The Theotokos Kosmosoteira is a Byzantine monastery church built around 1152 in Feres, Evros, in Western Thrace, Greece. Founded by the sebastokrator Isaac Komnenos, son of Byzantine emperor Alexios I Komnenos, the complex served as a monastic, ecclesiastical, and hospital center that anchored the settlement of Feres. The monastery remained active through the mid-14th century before falling into disuse during the Ottoman period, when the building was converted into a mosque by the 15th century. The structure was reconsecrated as a Greek Orthodox church in 1940 and is now administered by the Metropolis of Alexandroupolis. Today it stands as an archaeological site preserving a significant example of medieval Byzantine architecture.
