The Tidewater Inn is a historic Colonial Revival hotel in Easton, Maryland, built by Arthur Johnson Grymes Jr. with its original section completed in 1949 and a northern addition constructed in 1953. The four-story brick structure features a distinctive hip roof and flanking three-story wings, its original floor plan arranged in a flattened chevron shape. Comprising 86 guest rooms and suites along with a restaurant and bar, the inn became the preeminent lodging and gathering place on Maryland's Eastern Shore during the mid-twentieth century, when new automobile routes brought increased tourism to the region. The hotel has hosted notable guests including Bing Crosby, the Kennedys, Robert Mitchum, Elvis Presley, and Elizabeth Taylor, and serves today as both a wedding venue and event space, notably hosting festivities for Easton's Waterfowl Festival. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.
