The Tower of Memories is a seven-story mausoleum rising 158 feet above Crown Hill Cemetery in unincorporated Jefferson County, Colorado. Designed by Charles A. Smith in 1926 in the Streamline Moderne style with Gothic detailing, the building experienced a complex construction history: after Smith's firm failed in 1928, architects William and Arthur Fisher took over the project, which was further delayed by World War II. Architect John Monroe was ultimately engaged in 1948 to complete the structure, whose entrance sits at the intersection of 29th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
