Memorial Building, also known as Dyersville City Hall, is a two-story brick Colonial Revival structure completed in December 1929 in Dyersville, Iowa. Designed by the Waterloo architectural firm Ralston and Ralston and built by contractor Raymond Klass for just over $40,000, it replaced an 1893 city hall damaged by fire the previous year. The building was conceived as a multipurpose civic center, originally housing the police and fire departments, municipal offices, post office, library, community hall, and gymnasium, as well as serving as a veterans' memorial under the American Legion's oversight. Though the Legion, fire station, and post office have since relocated, the building remains an important civic landmark. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
