Completed in 1993 in Frankfurt's Westend-Süd district, the Trianon is a 45-storey, 186-metre skyscraper designed by Novotny Mähner Assoziierte. The tower's distinctive form derives from an equilateral triangular plan, with three-sided towers marking its corners and an inverted three-sided pyramid suspended from the roof. A pioneering structure, it was the first building in Germany to employ high-strength concrete. The tower served as headquarters for DekaBank for several decades before 2024 and houses additional tenants including Deutsche Bundesbank (since 2015) and Franklin Templeton. As of 2023, it ranks as the eighth-tallest skyscraper in both Frankfurt and Germany.
