TripleOne Somerset, officially known as 111 Somerset, is a brutalist high-rise commercial building and shopping mall located in Orchard, Singapore. Originally constructed as the Public Utilities Board Building, the structure was later renamed Singapore Power Building before its 2008 acquisition by YTL Corporation Pacific Star. The complex comprises two office towers positioned above a retail podium and once housed the headquarters of SP Group before the company relocated to Kallang. The building is currently managed by Shun Tak (Somerset).
