The United Methodist Church in Millersburg, Ohio is a Romanesque Revival structure completed in 1871, replacing an earlier Methodist Episcopal Church from 1821. Built of brick and standing two stories tall, it features a slate gable roof crowned by a wooden cross on a finial. The exterior displays paired stained glass windows set beneath brick hood moulds with corbelling, a stone belt dividing the floor levels, and a buttressed bell tower with a tent roof at the northeast corner. The sanctuary occupies the second floor and preserves its original stained glass windows and balcony. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, the building represents mid-nineteenth-century Methodist ecclesiastical architecture in rural Ohio.
