The Patchogue United Methodist Church, located at the southwest corner of South Ocean Avenue and Church Street in Patchogue, New York, is a Romanesque Revival structure completed in 1889 by architect Oscar Teale. The building succeeded an earlier shared Methodist-Congregational place of worship that stood on the site from 1793 to 1832. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, the church exemplifies the architectural ambitions of late-nineteenth-century Protestant congregations in Long Island's growing communities.
