Located at 1208 East Race Street in Searcy, Arkansas, the Watkins House is a two-story wood-frame Colonial Revival residence built in 1919–20. Its distinctive side gambrel roof is largely obscured by a substantial shed-roof dormer spanning most of the front facade, while the original stucco exterior remains largely intact. A single-story ell projects to the left and a similarly scaled carport to the right. As one of relatively few Colonial Revival houses in the community, the Watkins House was recognized with a listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
