The John Perkins House was a historic First Period wood-frame dwelling in Wenham, Massachusetts, built in stages beginning around 1710. The 2.5-story structure was constructed piecemeal, with the right side and chimney erected first, followed by the left side and rear leanto addition in subsequent decades. It may have originally featured a single-story porch, an uncommon detail for its era. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, the house was demolished in 2011.
