The William H. Hatch House, built in 1882 at 306 Keystone Avenue in River Forest, Illinois, is a Queen Anne residence constructed early in the village's development, just two years after its incorporation. Grain trader William H. Hatch commissioned the house for his family during a period when the Queen Anne style was gaining popularity both locally and nationally. The design showcases three spindlework porches, a southeast corner tower, and shingled gables adorning the front and rear facades—details that emphasize ornamental spindlework, a feature uncommon among Queen Anne examples elsewhere in River Forest. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 5, 2007.
