The Zurcher Apartments in Boise, Idaho, is a two-story Neoclassical building designed by the architectural firm Tourtellotte & Hummel and completed in 1912. When it opened, the building contained four apartments, each comprising three rooms, a bathroom, and a Murphy bed—a compact arrangement reflecting early twentieth-century urban living standards. The building was owned by Oscar Zurcher, a partner in a marble and granite company situated nearby, who also co-owned the Zurcher Brothers Grocery with his brother Otto. The Zurcher Apartments was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
