One Bennett Park, a 257-meter residential skyscraper completed in 2019, rises in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood at 451 East Grand Avenue. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects in postmodern style, the tower and its adjacent park honor Edward H. Bennett, the early twentieth-century Chicago architect and urban planner who coauthored the influential 1909 Plan of Chicago. After approval in December 2014 and topping-out in late 2018, the building opened in spring 2019 and ranks among Chicago's tallest structures.
