Act Tower is a 213-meter, 45-story skyscraper completed in 1994 in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, and the tallest building in the prefecture. Designed by Nihon Sekkei and Mitsubishi Estate in modern architectural style, it forms part of the larger Act City Hamamatsu complex. The tower houses the Okura City Hotel in its upper 17 floors and features an observation deck on its top level. Its distinctive form was conceived to resemble a harmonica, a tribute to Hamamatsu's renowned musical instrument manufacturers, including Yamaha, Roland, Kawai, and Tokai.
