Altair is a mixed-use residential and commercial tower complex in Colombo, Sri Lanka, designed by renowned architect Moshe Safdie. The development features two striking vertical elements: a 68-floor tower and a 63-floor leaning structure that stands at 240 meters (787 feet), making it Sri Lanka's second-tallest building. The East tower holds the distinction of being the world's tallest inclined building. Situated on a 2-acre plot on the banks of the Beira Lake, the project experienced a five-year development pause before construction resumed in 2020, with the first phase opening to the public in March 2021.
