The Benson Building was a Tudor Revival commercial structure in downtown Ottumwa, Iowa, completed in 1930. The one-story edifice featured highly textured painted brick with a steeply pitched gable roof and half-timbering characteristic of the style. Originally operating as an indoor miniature golf course, the building was later known as the Union Bus Depot. Recognized for its architectural significance, it was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995 and became a contributing property to the Greater Second Street Historic District in 2016. The structure was destroyed by fire on January 6, 2018, and subsequently delisted from the National Register in 2019.
