Completed in 2005 in Leipzig, Germany, the BMW Central Building serves as the operational hub for BMW's expansive manufacturing complex dedicated to producing the 3 Series. Designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architect Zaha Hadid and her firm Zaha Hadid Architects, the structure was the winning entry in an international competition. As the nerve center of the $1.55 billion facility, the building exemplifies Hadid's distinctive architectural approach within an industrial context.
