The Château de Louveciennes, located in the Yvelines department of France, originated as a 17th-century château before undergoing significant expansion and redecoration in the mid-18th century under the direction of architect Ange-Jacques Gabriel for Madame du Barry. The estate's most celebrated structure is the Pavillon de Musique, an elegant music and reception pavilion designed by Claude Nicolas Ledoux and built in 1770–71. The buildings stand within a 19th-century park layout. The château is classified as a historical monument.
