Torre Château de Puerto Madero is a residential high-rise in the Puerto Madero neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Developed by the Château Group beginning in 2006, the neo-Second Empire structure was conceived as part of an ambitious plan for two 48-story towers, though a change in ownership redirected the second building to Avenida del Libertador in the Núñez district. The completed tower contains 190 units and achieved rapid market success, with 75 percent sold by early 2009 at premium prices ranging from US$330 to US$470 per square foot, establishing it among the city's premier residential developments.
