Le Parc Tower, a 51-story postmodern residential skyscraper in Buenos Aires's Palermo neighborhood, stands 158 meters tall and was designed by Mario Roberto Álvarez and Associates. Developed by RAGHSA SA between 1991 and 1995, it held the distinction of being Argentina's tallest residential building from its completion in 1995 until the first El Faro Tower was finished in 2003. Located at the intersection of Avenida Cerviño, Gody Cruz, Demaria, and Fray Justo Santamaria de Oro, the structure serves as a luxury residential complex.
