The Confinanzas Financial Center in Caracas, Venezuela, is an unfinished skyscraper that rises 171 meters, making it the third-highest building in the country after the twin towers of Parque Central Complex. Construction began in 1990 but was halted in 1994 following the Venezuelan banking crisis, leaving the structure incomplete.
