The Croswell Opera House, located at 129 East Maumee Street in Adrian, Michigan, is a historic theater built in 1866 that stands as the oldest theater in the state and among the oldest continuously operating theaters in the United States. Originally designated a Michigan Historic Site in 1976, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 as the Adrian Union Hall-Croswell Opera House, reflecting its dual civic and performance purpose.
