The Dr. E.F. Utley House stands at 401 West Pine Street in Cabot, Arkansas, representing the town's finest example of Colonial Revival Foursquare design. Built between 1914 and 1922, the 2½-story wood-frame structure features a hip roof with gabled dormers finished in diamond-cut wooden shingles, weatherboard siding, and a brick foundation. A defining feature is its single-story front porch with tapered square columns that extends across the facade and wraps around the side. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
