The W.P. Fletcher House in Lonoke, Arkansas, is a 2½-story Colonial Revival structure built in two phases: an L-shaped wood-frame dwelling with an older gabled ell constructed around 1880, followed by a hip-roofed main block added in 1903. The house is clad in weatherboard atop brick pier foundations, with a hip-roofed porch extending across two sides and featuring gabled sections at each corner. Built for William P. Fletcher, a prominent figure in the local rice-growing and processing industry, the residence exemplifies early twentieth-century Colonial Revival domestic architecture in the Arkansas delta region. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
