The E. L. Gray House is a Shingle style cure cottage built between 1911 and 1913 in Saranac Lake, New York. The 2½-story frame structure features a concrete block foundation and a steeply pitched, multi-planed roof characteristic of the Shingle style. Designed during the era when Saranac Lake flourished as a tuberculosis treatment destination, it reflects the specialized architecture developed for the region's therapeutic community. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
