Rising 98 metres above Portsmouth's Gunwharf Quays, this 29-storey postmodern residential tower was completed in 2008 by architects Broadway Malyan. Colloquially known as "The Lipstick" for its distinctive tapered form, the building anchors a £50 million urban regeneration scheme that also included The Blue Building and The Crescent, projects collectively finished in 2010. A Brasserie Blanc restaurant occupies the ground floor. The tower stands as Portsmouth's second-tallest structure, surpassed only by the Spinnaker Tower, and earned recognition with a Best Urban Regeneration Housing Scheme award in 2004.
