Trump Plaza New Rochelle is a 40-story postmodern luxury condominium tower completed in 2007, designed by Cappelli Enterprises and located at 175 Huguenot Street in New Rochelle, New York. Rising more than 435 feet above downtown, it was the tallest building in Westchester County until the completion of the 44-story Ritz-Carlton in White Plains. The 353,600-square-foot structure comprises 138,000 square feet of retail space across two ground levels—connected to the adjacent New Roc City by an enclosed pedestrian bridge—topped by the residential tower. Part of a decades-long downtown redevelopment initiative that began with New Roc City in 1999, the building anchored what would become a transformative urban renewal effort exceeding $1 billion in total investment. The Trump Organization managed the property initially but was replaced by AKAM Associates in October 2021 following the Condo Board's termination of their services.
