15 Penn Plaza, a planned supertall office tower on Seventh Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets in Midtown Manhattan, will rise 370.6 meters and contain 2.2 million square feet of floor space across 50 floors with 430 residential units. Designed by Foster and Partners and developed by Vornado Realty Trust, the building will feature direct passageways to Pennsylvania Station, the 34th Street–Herald Square subway station, and the 33rd Street PATH terminal, integrating it into the region's transit network. Originally conceived at a greater height, plans were scaled back in November 2025. Construction timing remains contingent on market conditions, with the developer currently exploring temporary uses such as fashion shows for the site in the interim.
