Eaton Socon Castle was a Norman ringwork fortification built beside the River Great Ouse in what is now Eaton Socon, Cambridgeshire, England. Erected hastily during a period of civil war over succession to the throne, the castle was largely destroyed after 1154 and had fallen into ruin by the thirteenth century. Today it survives only as a grassy earthwork known locally as "The Hillings," now a Scheduled Historic Monument with Historic England, though it remains inaccessible to the public.
