The Ellen M. Lovell House, also known as Oakenwald Terrace, is an L-shaped Shingle Style residence built in 1896 in Chatfield, Minnesota. Constructed after the death of Ellen Lovell's husband Charles, the house was originally part of the estate of prominent Chatfield financier Jason C. Easton, situated next door to the George Haven House. Ellen Lovell, the original owner and primary occupant for over two decades, named the property Oakenwald Terrace while it was still in the architect's design phase. The 10,000-square-foot home witnessed a family wedding in February 1897, just a day after the family's arrival. Now operating as a bed and breakfast under ownership by the Lund family since 1973, the house remains decorated with period furnishings from the turn of the century, including original items, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
