Completed in 1975 in Glasgow's Charing Cross area, this 13-storey brutalist tower was designed by renowned architect Richard Seifert. Originally part of a larger mixed-use complex, the structure stands as one of the western city centre's most prominent high-rises, commanding views over the M8 motorway from its position opposite the Mitchell Library. Built between 1971 and 1975, the tower survives today as the sole remnant of the Charing Cross Complex, which has been largely demolished in ongoing urban regeneration efforts.
