Gazi Mehmet Pasha's Mosque in Prizren, Kosovo, also known as the Bajrakli Mosque, ranks among the oldest Islamic religious sites in the region. Built between 1561 and 1573 by the waqf of Dukaginzade Gazi Mehmet Pasha, it exemplifies Ottoman architecture with its square base and numerous windows. The structure anchored a substantial complex spanning roughly 150 metres that included a library, maktab, madrasa, public baths, housing, and other buildings—one of which later became the League of Prizren museum. The mosque itself features a marble mihrab and mimber. Located on the far bank of the Lumbardhi i Prizrenit river opposite Prizren Fortress, the complex includes a mausoleum built in the courtyard, though it remained unused after Gazi Mehmet Pasha's death around 1594–96 in Hungary. Today it stands as a designated cultural heritage monument of Kosovo.
