Built in 1916 in Milwaukie, Oregon, the Hall–Chaney House is a Mediterranean Revival residence designed by architects Lawrence and Holford. The single-family home showcases refined interior detailing characteristic of the style, including arched window and door openings, a central stairwell featuring a carved rail and turned balusters, and ornately carved mantelpieces alongside built-in bookcases, niches, and wood paneling. An architecturally compatible swimming pool addition was constructed in 1923. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
