The Harrison P. Young House, located at 334 N. Kenilworth Avenue in Oak Park, Illinois, is an 1870s structure that Frank Lloyd Wright extensively remodeled in 1895 early in his career. The renovation incorporated proto-Prairie style elements that would define Wright's later work, including setting the home back sixteen feet from the street and adding an overhanging porch above the driveway. The design reflects influences from Joseph Silsbee, Wright's first teacher, and shares characteristics with his other early commissions. Listed as a contributing property to local and federal historic districts, the house remains a private residence.
