The Peter A. Beachy House at 238 Forest Avenue in Oak Park, Illinois, was entirely remodeled by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1906 in the Prairie School style. Replacing an original Gothic cottage that once occupied the site, Wright's redesign transformed the property into a nearly unrecognizable structure reflective of his characteristic modernist principles. The residence is recognized as a contributing property within the Frank Lloyd Wright–Prairie School of Architecture Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
