The Hoopes–Smith House is a late Victorian Queen Anne style residence built between 1890 and 1892 in Rockport, Texas, by James M. Hoopes, a prominent local businessman and land developer. Following its construction, the home functioned as a boarding house from 1894 to 1930, before being purchased in 1934 by T. Noah Smith Sr., another notable businessman involved in oil and shipbuilding ventures. Designated a Texas Historic Landmark in 1989 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994, the house now operates as a bed and breakfast.
