The House at 5 Bennett Street in Wakefield, Massachusetts, is one of the largest residences in the town's Junction District. Built between 1875 and 1881 in the Italianate style, it was likely constructed for an executive of the Wakefield Rattan Company. In 1894, the house was acquired by the Wakefield House for Aged Women, a charity founded by local Protestant churches, which undertook a significant expansion and renovation. During these alterations, Italianate details were replicated throughout, and a Queen Anne–style porch was introduced. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
