Situated at No. 1515 Nanjing Road West in Shanghai's Jing'an District, the Jing An Kerry Centre is an integrated commercial complex designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and DLN Architects. The 450,000-square-meter development comprises three towers of varying heights: Tower 1 reaches 132.8 meters, Tower 2 stands at 260 meters (the 24th tallest building in Shanghai as of 2020), and Tower 3 rises to 197.8 meters (77th tallest in the city). The complex houses 86,000 square meters of retail space, 152,000 square meters of office space, the Jing An Shangri-La hotel, 18,000 square meters of residential accommodations spanning 133 units, and an extensive underground car park offering 1,340 parking spaces.
