Located at 311 Beaver Street in Waltham, Massachusetts, the Jonathan Hammond House is a 2½-story wood-frame residence built in 1785 by Jonathan Hammond, a member of a prominent local family. The house exemplifies transitional late Georgian and early Federal styling, representing one of the more substantial residential structures from that period to survive in the city. Following its construction, it was also owned by the locally prominent Lyman and Warren families. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, the house is now owned by Bentley University and serves as office space.
