The JPMorgan Chase Building, a 420-foot office skyscraper completed in 2002 on Mission Street in San Francisco, was designed by César Pelli. Located at the boundary between South of Market and the Financial District, the structure contains approximately 655,000 square feet of office space across its height of 128 meters, with about 400,000 square feet leased to its namesake tenant. The building features two underground levels of parking and a large plaza, making it representative of the wave of high-rise development that transformed Mission Street in the early 2000s.
