The M. E. Doe House stands at the corner of Dearborn and Montgomery Streets in Philipsburg, Montana, a two-story wood-frame Victorian residence completed in 1902. Its most distinctive feature is a conical turret rising at the northeast corner, complemented by a wraparound porch extending across three sides of the structure. Built for Marshall Doe, a druggist who operated his business for at least two decades beginning in 1885 and developed the Doe & Morse Addition, the house was recognized for its historical significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
