The Malacca Chinese Mosque in Krubong, Central Melaka District, is a Chinese-style mosque completed in April 2014 and developed by the Malacca Chinese Muslim Association. Built at a cost of 7.5 million Malaysian ringgits—with 5.9 million from federal funding—it is the third such mosque in Malaysia, following earlier examples in Kelantan and Perak. The structure incorporates distinctive Chinese architectural elements including pagodas and calligraphy, drawing design inspiration from mosques in Beijing, Shanghai, and Xi'an. Featuring one minaret tower and two domes, the facility spans 2.8 hectares and accommodates up to 2,000 worshipers across its main prayer hall, library, multipurpose hall, offices, koi ponds, and restaurant.
