The Margo Fournier Arts Centre in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, is a National Historic Site of Canada that began as the city's civic and cultural hub. Built between 1892 and 1893 by A. and W.B. Goodfellow Builders, the structure combines city hall, opera house, and meeting room functions under a distinctive clock tower. Originally serving as Prince Albert City Hall, it later housed the Prince Albert Public Library in its upper rooms from 1911 to 1937. Today, the building operates as an active arts centre, hosting exhibitions through the John V. Hicks Gallery, offering studio space for community pottery, and providing venues for various arts guilds and cultural programming coordinated by the Prince Albert Council for the Arts.
