Marina Auto Stadium, a soccer-specific venue in Rochester, New York, opened in 2004 as part of the Rochester Community Sports Complex and was designed by Populous. Originally home to the Rochester Rhinos of the USL, the stadium has since hosted numerous professional soccer teams including the Rochester Lancers and the Western New York Flash of the NWSL. Beyond soccer, the facility accommodates collegiate athletics, American football, field hockey, and drum and bugle corps competitions, and occasionally serves as the venue for New York State high school football championships. Owned and operated by the City of Rochester as a youth sports complex, the stadium continues to function as a multipurpose venue hosting both sporting events and concerts.
