Metro INOX is an Art Deco cinema in Mumbai, India, designed by Thomas W. Lamb of New York City with associate architect D. W. Ditchburn and completed in 1938. Originally built and operated by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, the theater retains its designation as a Heritage grade IIA structure. The building has undergone several name changes reflecting changing ownership and renovation phases—operating as Metro Cinema until 2006, then as Metro Adlabs, Metro Big Cinema, and finally Metro INOX Cinemas. The theater was one of the principal targets during the 2008 Mumbai attacks carried out by Lashkar-e-Taiba.
