The Old Walnut Ridge Post Office stands at 225 West Main Street in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, a 1½-story Colonial Revival brick structure completed in 1935. Designed by Louis A. Simon under the Office of the Supervising Architect, the T-shaped building displays five bays across its facade, featuring a centered entry flanked by Ionic pilasters and crowned with a broken gabled pediment—hallmarks of the Colonial Revival style. Nine-over-nine sash windows occupy the remaining bays, while a side gable roof shelters the structure above a full concrete basement. The eave is plain concrete, embellished only by a course of modillions beneath the roofline. The post office operated until 1977, afterward becoming home to the local Times Dispatch newspaper. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
