One Bayfront Plaza is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Miami designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox that would rise 320 meters (1,049 feet) across 93 floors, making it the tallest building in Miami and Florida. Championed by real estate developer Tibor Hollo, the project would combine Class A office and hotel space with retail, condominiums, and parking on lower levels, plus a possible observation deck, totaling over 4 million square feet. The first skyscraper exceeding 1,000 feet approved for Miami construction, One Bayfront Plaza has undergone multiple design revisions—originally proposed as an 80-floor tower that exceeded height restrictions, then conceived as a two-tower complex before returning to a single-tower design with a large podium. Though initially slated for groundbreaking in 2011 and completion by 2015, construction timelines have been repeatedly delayed, with the project deferred pending completion of related development.
