One New Change is a major mixed-use development in the City of London, designed by Jean Nouvel and completed in October 2010. Comprising 560,000 square feet of floor space—including 220,000 square feet of retail and 330,000 square feet of offices—it stands as the only large shopping centre in the historic financial heart of London. Located on New Change, a street connecting Cannon Street and Cheapside near St Paul's Cathedral, it occupies a site historically associated with retailing and markets. Built at a cost of £500 million, the complex is served by the St Paul's and Mansion House Underground stations.
